Sr. Chau Nghiem, I am barely a student of mindfulness myself, but I always say that I learn more from teaching my students than they do. So, that is the way it is.

As things come up that I think you might enjoy, that apply to mindful practice with children, I will happily share.

Be well, and at peace,

Phil

Dear Huong Giang, thank you for your comment on the mindful kids blog. I'm sorry to take so long to reply to you. I was traveling for the last months and then moved to a new center in Germany. Please do share with us your songs, photos and information about children in Vietnam. I hope to have a Vietnamese language page on the blog soon. I would love to add your sharings there!
Have a joyful, peaceful new year, and we will be celebrating Tet here in Germany soon...so happy year of the Ox!

Hello David, thanks so much for your comment and link to the you tube movie. I just watched it and enjoyed it alot! It is relaxing and also helps you look deeply. I'm sorry I didn't reply to you earlier. This fall we were in India and then I moved to our new center in Germany, the EIAB, so I haven't had much time for this blog.

I would really love to do a movie about sharing the practice with children that children could watch, teachers could show in school, etc. that would communicate how to breathe, create peace in yourself and in your relationships, relax your body, connect with the earth, etc. And include all our wonderful songs for kids. Maybe we can keep in touch about this?

Wishing you a wonderful new year full of peace, mindful breaths and smiles,
Sr. Chau Nghiem

Dear Xa Hoi/DXD, thank you for your comments and visit to this blog. I'm so happy to know you have benefited from it. I would love to have this material available to more people in Vietnam. If you have some time and would like to translate some of the text on the blog I can add a page in Vietnamese. We also have some things already translated into Vietnamese so I can put these up, too. What pages on the blog do you think would be most helpful and interesting to people in Vietnam?

I wish you much peace and happiness!

Dear Sister & friends,

It's wonderful to have this fresh location for kids of all ages available on the web. Realizing that so many kids and adults are on the web, I've been posting mindful media from time to time. Friends in the Amsterdam sangha have helped me produced a short guided meditation video entitled, "today's day wake up. " It uses several of Thay's gathas on being aware of the present moment and finding compassion and insight with daily activities. I hope you like it. You are welcome to share it on your site. It's at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkgctSJVrmo .

Smiles to your compassion,
david

Hello Wietske,

I just bought Mindful Movements. The simplistic elegance of your art is engaging! I would like very much to share my stories with you, and perhaps as you say , we might connect. May I send them to you via email? I am bgreene5@twcny.rr.com.

with a smile back to you,
Barbara
